Terms and Conditions

 

Welcome to Let’s Gift Something. We offer our products and services to you under the following conditions. By visiting or shopping at www.letsgiftsomething.co.uk you accept these conditions. Please ensure that you read them.

 

In this article, we (Let’s Gift Something Ltd.)/ the store owner, may refer to ourselves as "us", "we", "our" or use our website name www.letsgiftsomething.co.uk  - The customer, or user of our website may be referred to as "the purchaser", "customer", "you", or the "recipient".

 

Refunds/Returns

 

Please contact us if you would like to return an item, and if possible we will accommodate your request with minimal fuss. Returns are available in line with distance selling regulations which is 14 days, however there are some exceptions to this such as personalised items. You must contact us before returning any items to receive a returns reference number, at which point we will determine whether or not your return is eligible. When sending any goods to us via Royal Mail or a courier, we strongly recommend that you use a method of postage that requires a signature. Let’s Gift Something are not responsible for any returned items that are lost on their way back to us. If you have not received your original order and you believe that it is lost, then you must inform us within 28 days of the date that the order was placed so that the order is suitably novel to open an investigation. Furthermore, if you have received faulty goods, you must report them to us within 7 days of delivery, and we will aim to replace or refund the faulty goods.

 

Any items returned to us must be done so at your own cost, and any original delivery cost incurred by us may be withheld from any refund amount. 

 

Refunds for Personalised Items

 

Let’s Gift Something can only refund a payment for an order of a custom product if the item is faulty. This is because we are unable to re-sell any bespoke items as they are only of use to a certain customer. If you contact us, we will do our best to replace a faulty personalised items, however in some cases we may request evidence or require a return.

 

Delivery

 

We do not offer a guarantee on the delivery time of any of our items. If your order is needed for a guaranteed date, then please contact us to discuss whether or not the delivery can be guaranteed by that date. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to make sure that all delivery details entered on our website are correct. Any orders that we ship which require a delivery, may be left with a neighbouring address to the delivery address - If you do not wish for us to do this, then you can add a comment to your order during checkout on our website, or you can leave a sign on the door or mailbox of the delivery address to inform any carrier. - We usually send our deliveries in the UK via either Royal Mail 2nd class (2-4 working days), 1st class (1-2 working days), or express courier, depending on your chosen delivery method. Some deliveries may require a signature on delivery. We are not responsible for any delays in postage, as we can not help what happens once our items are in the hands of the delivery companies. Any items which are unclaimed/uncollected, after a missed delivery and a card has been left must be collected within the advised time from your local depot or they may be returned back to us by the delivery company- If this happens, we will contact you to arrange another delivery. If a second delivery is required through no fault of ours, such as item not collected, then the customer will be required to pay for another delivery attempt. For our standard international delivery, it usually takes between 7-14 days for your item to arrive, but please allow up to 28 days. All of our items are sent out via signed for methods with a tracking number - This means that they will require a signature on delivery. We are not responsible for any delays in postage, as we can not help what happens once our items are in the hands of the delivery companies. Please note that you may be required to pay import tax on your items - You, the customer is liable for any import tax, so please check your country's tax costs before ordering. Any items which are unclaimed/uncollected, after a missed delivery and a card has been left must be collected within the advised time from your local depot or they may be returned back to us by the delivery company- If this happens, we will contact you to arrange another delivery. If a second delivery is required through no fault of ours, such as item not collected, then the customer will be required to pay for another delivery attempt. International delivery times are not guaranteed.

 

Production

 

Our items usually take us just a few days to make, although this is not guaranteed. Please note that for personalised items, we do not send any proof images, unless specifically requested by the customer - Please note that if you request a proof this may slow down the dispatch of your item, while we wait for your reply. If there is any issue with production for whatever reason, we will contact you as soon as possible. If we require additional information before we can create your item, this may slow down the dispatch of your item. We are not responsible for any production delays due to non-communicative customers. We try to show the items as accurately as we can in our images. However, colours can vary slightly depending on your monitor or device's colour display settings. Occasionaly personalised item stock can vary, and if this happens we may at our discretion proceed with production if the change is minor, however for major design or item changes we will contact you to get your approval and give the opportunity to cancel/ammend the order. We will spell names exactly as you specify in your personalisation instructions. We are not responsible for any miss-spelling, so please double-check your spelling before communicating your names to us. Some personalistion is required to be in a certain case, such as all Capitals – and when this happens note that we may reformat your personalisation to suit the design shown in our website images against the item ordered.

 

Privacy

 

We will never sell, give, or share any of the details that you provide us on our website with any third party or partner. Furthermore, in line with Data protection laws, we acknowledge our responsibilities and will not request any information which is not required for the processing of your order (printing address label/ dispatching by courier). Let’s Gift Something do not store any of your information anywhere other than our securely hosted website.

 

Electronic Communications

 

When you visit Let’s Gift Something or contact us by email, you are electronically communicating with us. In doing so, you are consenting to us communicating with you electronically. We will communicate with you via email or by posting messages on our website www.letsgiftsomething.co.uk. You agree that any agreements, notices, disclosures and other electronic communications that we may issue to you satisfy any legal requirement that those communications must be in writing.

All original content and designs included on this site, such as papercut designs, banners, text, graphics, buttons, logos, icons, images, and descriptions are the property of Let’s Gift Something Ltd and are protected by United Kingdom and international copyright laws.

 

License and Access to our website

 

We only grant access to our website for customers to make personal use of this site, and to place orders with us. You may not use any of the content on our website commercially, or resell any of the content, product listings, descriptions, or images. You may not download any data from our website without our written consent. You may not utilise any print screen tool, or screen capturing or framing techniques to enclose any information from our website without Let’s Gift Something Ltd’s express permission. You may not use any of Let’s Gift Something Ltd logos, images, designs, or our name or website name without our written permission.

 

Your Account

 

When using our website, you are solely responsible for keeping your account details safe. It is also your responsibility to restrict access to your computer and to keep your username and password for your account safe. By using our website, you agree to accept full responsibility for any activities that happen under your website account or password. Let’s Gift Something Ltd has the right to cancel any order, or refuse service, terminate customer accounts, edit accounts or remove customer accounts at our own discretion.

 

Reviews, Communications and other content

 

We reserve the right to edit or remove any reviews that are placed on our website. By using our website you agree to not post any review or communication on our website that it is false, slanderous, invasive of privacy, spam, illegal, or dangerous to third parties. You may not use a fake email address, or another person's email address, or impersonate any other person or entity or otherwise provide misleading information when communicating with us electronically. Any information or communications that you provide Let’s Gift Something Ltd electronically, you provide us the right to use, if we choose. We take no responsibility for any content posted by users of our website and assume no liability for any content posted by our customers, or any third parties on our website.

 

Product Descriptions

 

We make every effort to attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products. However, Let’s Gift Something Ltd does not guarantee that all product descriptions or other content on our website is accurate, reliable, complete, current, or free from error. If a product that we have offered is not as described, your only remedy is to return it to us in an unused condition within 14 days as part of your standard right as on online customer. Please note, that some of our products may contain glass and/or small detachable pieces – however, these will always be items suited to being purchased solely by adults – any items specifically for babies and children are only sourced by reputable suppliers, and test safety certificates are available on request. Let’s Gift Something Ltd are not responsible for any injury caused to any individual by our products. By placing an order with us, you confirm that you or your parent or guardian is accepting full responsibility for ensuring that any of our products are used in a safe manor, and not to endanger yourself or others.

 

English Law

 

By visiting Let’s Gift Something Ltd,  you agree that English Law without regard to the principles of conflict of laws, will govern these conditions of use on our website and any dispute of that may arise between you and Let’s Gift Something Ltd.
